About

Our cattle are 100% grass fed/grass finished, hormone and antibiotic free. We raise our cattle from birth in the Templeton /Paso Robles area of California’s Central Coast. Traceability- we can tell you where our cattle have been their whole life unlike cattle that have been commingled in a feedlot. We offer our cattle room to roam on the best seasonal pastures we can find. Our cattle always have access to plenty of natural shade and fresh drinking water.

Processing
Directly after harvest, the beef will be taken to the butcher (we can recommend several in the area). There are many ways to cut up a beef. One of the benefits of buying our beef in this volume is that you get to create your own cut list. We will provide you with a list with options for each cut so you can choose how to have your beef processed. We will help you with this to make sure you get your beef aged and all the cuts you want in the thickness and weights you desire. Your beef will be ready to be picked up from the butcher about from 4 weeks after harvest depending on cutting instructions. The cost of the butcher will be added to your THB invoice.

Deadline
Our WHOLE & HALF BEEF is seasonal item and we will not be offering them past June 20. We are currently taking deposits in the amount of $100.00. This will hold your order. We begin our harvest the first week in June. Figure that it takes about three weeks after harvest for aging and butcher. Your beef will be ready near the end of June or the first part of July.

Delivery
We can deliver to you if you are in SLO county. Please contact us if you live outside of the county and we will work some other delivery/shipping out with you.
