Paradise Burger

Templeton Hills Beef Paradise Burger

This works well as an appetizer or a main course. Just adjust the size of the burger and tomato to fit your need.

Templeton Hills ground beef: 1 oz patties for appetizer sliders, 4-5 oz for main course burger

French bread baguette, sliced 1/4 inch thick for appetizer, buns for main course

Tomato (sized to fit above) sliced 1/4 inch thick
onion, minced
basil, minced
olive oil
cider vinegar
salt and pepper

On a plate or tray place the sliced tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with minced onion and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and cider vinegar. Allow to remain at room temperature for one or more hours so flavors can meld. This can be made ahead of time. If refrigerated, allow to come to room temperature before proceeding. Allow sliders/burgers to come to room temperature. Grill sliders/burgers until medium rare. Place sliders/burgers on bread and top with tomatoes. Serve immediately.
